Thanks to my mentor, Jordan Ancel, I got to spend leap day at a beautifully inspiring industry event in Hollywood. Special guests included legendary CD Jane Jenkins, CD Jeremy Gordon, Agent Brianna Ancel and Manager Sara Schuelein. A full day of learning how to get shit done, working on our goals and getting advice from the best of the best. Plus, some dancing and crying definitely made it unforgettable.

I got to perform a scene from the iconic movie "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" for a group of rad directors at the Hollywood Complex! Big shout out to Melissa for casting me and giving me the opportunity to work on this wonderful script! Favorite line "I'm a vindictive little bitch sometimes".

Just finished an inspiring 5 day acting Masterclass with Bernie Hiller! I got to meet and perform amongst the most talented actors from over 20 different countries. Special guests included Kerry Barden, Jackie Lewis, Spencer Garrett, Darryl Marshak and A.R. Rahman. It was an honor to perform in front of them and I learned so much from every single individual. I'm so grateful for this opportunity and that I get to keep all the special memories in my heart forever.

I booked an industrial for Bank of America where I got to film for a Virtual Reality experience for the first time! Definitely an exciting opportunity and I hope I get to do more VR projects in the future!

I had the opportunity to work with big time procedural casting director Kendra Castleberry at ACE Studios in Burbank! I gained so much insight into auditioning for Co-Star and Guest-Star roles on procedurals like Castle or Criminal Minds.

I filmed 3 scenes last month with the amazing people from REELARC to better showcase my type. We filmed a funny eccentric cat lady scene (rom-com), a genius badass hacker scene (procedurals) and a caring runaway mutant scene (sci-fi/comic book). I'm very happy to see how it all turned out and you can watch the video by clicking the image!

After months of waiting for my artist visa to be approved it finally happened! So I fulfilled my childhood dream and I moved to Los Angeles. I'm excited to see what opportunities and people this city will bring into my life :)

I accidentally stumbled upon this article (Yes, I had no idea it existed) and it's such a funny feeling to read an article about myself. My cat is immensely proud and I'm really grateful from all the support from back home!

Big congrats to everyone involved with the feature film BUGA! This film deals with the modern day problems with immigration and as an immigrant myself I'm so stoked to be a part of it! I play the role of Hollywood actress Emma Stone in this film because apparently all redheads look the same? Just kidding! I'm excited for everyone to see this film!

The short film "Mine" in which I played the lead character, Mia, was selected for the Global Film Festival in Los Angeles and shortly after was awarded in the category "honorable mention". This film means a lot to me as it deals with domestic violence which is a topic very dear to my heart. Best of all, I got to work with some of my best friends on this project! A win all around!

I won the award for Best Actress at the Strasberg Film Festival! This is my first award ever and I'm forever grateful for everyone who voted and supported me and my film! Exactly 3 years ago I started my acting journey at Strasberg and I'm so lucky that even after graduation it continues to be a safe haven for me and all the other artists. Feeling very blessed and loved.

I'm grateful for this opportunity to have acted in another important project. This film tells the story of a veteran returning from war but bringing home all the pain and troubles he experienced. This film shines a light on PTSD and how it affects the people struggling with it and their families.

"An Unreliable Narrator" received official selection for the Macoproject Film Festival and was screened at the Playroom Theatre in Times Square. It was an incredible experience to see our film on the big screen. Very excited to see how far this film will go.

This is a beautiful and important new play exploring the segregation of American schools in the new millennial. I'm so grateful to have been part of this reading with such an amazing cast, playwright and director.

Laura graduated from the 2 Year Conservatory Program at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute after having performed in 3 successful Conservatory Performances. She performed as Rose in Annie Baker's "The Flick", as Emily in William Saroyan's "Hello Out There" and as Pearl in Jonathan Rand's "Check Please".
